1. How do I place an order?
To place an order:
- Browse products and click “Add to Cart”
- Proceed to checkout from the cart page
- Enter your shipping and payment details
- Confirm your order
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following secure payment options:

- Mastercard
- EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
3. How long does delivery take?
- Main city areas: 2–5 working days
- Outlying or rural areas: 3–7 working days
All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
4. Do you offer free delivery?
Yes. We offer free delivery on all orders over R1000.
Orders under R1000 will incur a flat-rate shipping fee shown at checkout.
5. Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes. We have a 7-day hassle-free return policy.
Products must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

6. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent via email or SMS.

8. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders can only be changed or cancelled before they are dispatched.
